With exclusive access to the chefs and sommeliers at 20 of London’s top restaurants, The Artful Diner is a new online magazine launched by D&D. Expect daily updates in the form of food and drink features, recipes and thought-provoking news and views.
Launched on 29 September, The Artful Diner features galleries and video, interviews, chefs’ insider tips and interviews with sommeliers, critics and personalities from London’s festivals and the arts.
In the first month read our behind-the-scenes piece on Neal’s Yard Dairy, discover our guide to game, as well as an Italian chef’s store cupboard staples and The Artful Diner’s interview with Jon Snow on the Threadneedle Prize. Discover famous chefs’ favourite modern classics and tell us your own to win a library of 50 Penguin Modern Classics.
With unprecedented access to top chefs’ kitchens, The Artful Diner will allow you to learn some of their tricks and get the inside track on what they’re passionate about and why. For D&D, sharing the experience of being in such an interesting business with its customers is a new step and an exciting one, said D&D CEO, Des Gunewardena.
