Ever wanted to know the different cuts of meat, where they come from and how best to cook them? Ever wanted to know how to prepare and fillet meat yourselves? We at Paternoster Chop House are delighted to offer a unique butchery master class. Here you can learn all the tricks of the trade. Our master butcher & head chef will show you the art of butchery, after which you will have a three course feast.

 

Taking you on a journey from butcher’s block to plate will be our Master Butcher Eddie White. With over 50 years experience in the trade he will be talking you through each step of the process with passion and insight. Eddie will demonstrate first hand how each cut of meat is expertly taken from the animal and turned into the cuts you know and love best. Head Chef Bruce Wilson will also be presenting a culinary section to show you the best way to prepare & cook the results!

 

After the demonstration you will be invited to sample the freshly cut organic, free range meat in a delicious 3 course feast, with wine.

 

All of the above is offered for an inclusive price of £100.
