Acclaimed Chef Peter Weeden invites you to try his hearty British cooking in dishes such as Middle White coarse pork terrine with pickled walnuts or Bradan Orach smoked salmon, pennywort and fennel to start, followed by the legendary Beast of the Day or Lemon sole, brown butter and capers for a taste of spring, finishing with a melt-in-the-mouth Chocolate pudding served with vanilla ice cream or Almond cake alongside almond ice cream and preserved cherries.

During the evening, a selection of bites are offered - the perfect drop-stop for an oyster, cheddar rarebit or hand-cut chips. Every evening we will select one dish from our a la carte menu to be served with a pint for £10.
