Join us this month and try our Life of Pie, Zero Waste Pie menu! Every day in January we will be showcasing a different pie special on the menu, made from off cuts and left over ingredients from other dishes on the menu.
Nose-to-tail eating is a philosophy we are proud to follow at Paternoster Chop House, using every part of the animal in our day to day food preparation, and letting nothing go to waste. It’s one of the most economically and environmentally friendly ways to approach working with meat, which we are proud to champion in the restaurant.
