Paternoster Chop House presents it’s Making the Cut series, introducing a different breed of cattle each week which have been reared from exceptional and locally sourced British farms. The focus is simple: one breed and a selection of excellent cuts to ensure the whole of the animal is enjoyed.
Breeds to be sampled: Black Angus, Hereford, Old Gloucester, Sussex Red, English Longhorn, Red Poll, Shorthorn among others to follow.
