From 3rd – 30th July, we are celebrating the best of Great British seafood at the Chop Houses, from the Cornish to the Scottish coast. We pride ourselves on only using the freshest, sustainably sourced produce and this summer Flying Fish will be providing us with just this! They work with a ship to plate mentality, buying their fish from the markets and getting them straight to us, as quickly as they can. They also have access to a wide supply of wild fish all year round, so they will only choose the best of what’s in season.
Throughout July, we will have a special selection of two starters, including Cornish mussels with smoked bacon and somerset cider and grilled queen scallops with Chop House butter and samphire for £10 each. The two main courses will be grilled halibut with tartar hollandaise and a daily changing fish of the day, each priced at £29.50.
