London Cocktail Week is just around the corner! From October 5-11 2015 the city will see the biggest party of its kind return for a sixth year with parties, pop-ups, £5 Cocktail Tours and an entire cocktail village.
Throughout the event Paternoster will be offering a delicious food and cocktail combo of our Rum Soul cocktail (dark rum, peach purée, bitters & mint) and our pulled pork sandwich with a side of coleslaw for £6.50 for all those with a LCW wristband!
Make the cocktail at home with our recipe and method below!
40 ml Havana Club rum
20 ml Peach puree
Bitters
Fresh peach
Spring of mint
Muddle the peach then add ice and the rest of ingredients; hard shake and strain over crushed ice into a whiskey tumbler. Garnish with peach slices and mint. Enjoy!
